Today we're all about health and reducing stress. With everyone now home and together for several weeks, we are all feeling more stressed than ever. It's essential to take a pause and think about what’s important for all of us—our health and well-being. And a sense of peace. In Feng Shui, health is at the center of anything we do when looking at someone’s space. Health is everything. Without health, we have nothing. This we are acutely aware of in our current environment. On a deep level, what we are doing when we bring Feng Shui to our space is creating balance, harmony, and flow, which removes stress -- a major cause of or contributor to illness and disease -- and creates true peace—a sense of happiness, fulfillment, and joy. If you think about it, the world we live in needs peace now more than ever. How we do this is to create a peaceful inner environment, first inside ourselves, and then inside our home and space. And this energy then goes out into the world. As Yogananda Paramahansa says, "Peace within, peace without, peace everywhere."
Today we are going to focus on creating inner peace through the practice of meditation.
Find a quiet space
Take a few minutes to pause
Breath and meditate
If you missed my meditation from the last post, here it is again for your convenience. Or you may use meditation of your choice. Do this practice daily and see if you start to feel a sense of peace within.
I would love it if you share with me your experience and how it feels. I am here to support and cheer you on! #EverydayFengShui. It's all right here.
With love and blessings,
Kate
